District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Waived preliminary hearings

  • Maria Cartieri, 23, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Feb. 14.
  • Kevin Abraham, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Nov. 5.
  • Jared Martorell, 19, of Plum on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and following too closely. Charges were filed Oct. 22.
  • Michael Stramaski, 27, of Avonmore on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 6.
  • Heather Quear, 36, of Pitcairn on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Jan. 11.
  • Richard Carter, 61, of Monroeville on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement, possession of controlled substances, driving without a license, failure to carry license and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 17.
  • Gregory Cerchiaro, 57, on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 10.
  • Isaiah Holden, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 22.
  • Giovanni Josephs, 19, of Plum on charges of possession of marijuana. Charges were filed Oct. 22.
