Waived preliminary hearings
Maria Cartieri, 23, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Feb. 14. Kevin Abraham, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Nov. 5. Jared Martorell, 19, of Plum on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and following too closely. Charges were filed Oct. 22. Michael Stramaski, 27, of Avonmore on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 6. Heather Quear, 36, of Pitcairn on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Jan. 11. Richard Carter, 61, of Monroeville on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement, possession of controlled substances, driving without a license, failure to carry license and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 17. Gregory Cerchiaro, 57, on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 10. Isaiah Holden, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 22.
