Police: Man injured after shooting in Braddock

One person was injured after a shooting in Braddock on Friday night, police said.

Allegheny County dispatchers were notified of a shots fired call in the 500 block of Talbot Avenue around 11:40 p.m. First responders found evidence of a shooting on scene.

According to a news release, a 21-year-old man, who was identified as a victim of the shooting, arrived at an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. The man was not identified.

The Allegheny County Police Department’s General Investigations Unit Detectives are investigating.
