Police investigating shooting after wounded man arrives at Shadyside hospital
Pittsburgh police are investigating after they say a man arrived at a Shadyside hospital with gunshot wounds early Friday, officials said.
Police said the man arrived at the hospital in a private vehicle shortly after 1 a.m. with gunshot wounds to his hip and leg. Police said he told them that he had been shot in the 400 block of Enright Court in East Liberty.
A gun was found by hospital security in the vehicle that was used to drive the man to the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
