A Plum man pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges of trafficking heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine.

Brandon Winters, 43, was found guilty of conspiring to distribute at least one kilogram of heroin and at least 400 grams of fentanyl and possessing at least 500 grams of cocaine with intent to sell it.

The FBI and state police on Jan. 30 searched a Pittsburgh apartment used by Winters and alleged co-conspirators, Eduard Rijo and Erick Martinez, according to prosecutors. The three were allegedly found with about 75,000 packets of mixed heroin and fentanyl and about 500 grams of cocaine. Investigators also found about $250,000 in cash.

Prosecutors are seeking to confiscate the money as well as a 2012 Porsche Panamera and a 2007 Nissan Maxima.

Rijo’s case is in the pretrial motions stage. On Wednesday, the court appointed a defense attorney for him.

On Sept. 19 ,the court granted Martinez’s request to extend his pretrial motion deadline to Nov. 25.

Winters’ sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 6.
