The Oregon Avenue paving project is on hold for now because the borough is waiting for approval on issues such as environmental impact.
Bid will be sought separately for Oregon once approvals are granted.
Officials from the borough and from Peoples Natural Gas will meet on Wednesday to coordinate paving work with pipeline replacements in order to avoid having the gas company dig up a freshly-paved street.
