Just a few questions for a stable genius.

How does government save money by offering buyouts to the tune of one thousand million dollars to employees relieved of their jobs? Along with the proposed money-for-nothing payout until September for the so-called deferred resignation offer.

On another note: When would it become a conflict of interest for a government contractor to become a consultant to the president to find fraud in government?

One last thing: Will POTUS try to suspend the 22nd Amendment before the next presidential election cycle, or just declare himself King?
