Letter to the editor: Why would we let anyone vote without ID?

I must be missing something. You cannot buy cigarettes, alcohol or a vehicle, fly on a plane or even rent a hotel room in this country without showing a photo ID. Why would anyone in their right mind think it’s not an issue to let people vote without showing an ID?

The only thing I can say is that’s why there are instructions on Pop-Tarts. Some folks are just not that smart in this country. I think it’s time we call it what it is. Total moronic thinking. Wake up, people. It’s not that hard, folks, to see the negative impact of letting anonymous people vote.

Oh, that’s right — nobody would ever think of cheating.

Never! Not in this country.

Republican, Democrat it doesn’t matter — it’s a bad idea, PERIOD.
