The Pittsburgh Steelers ran one play with seven offensive linemen during Sunday’s overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens. They also again used the wildcat offense, and they ran a reverse off it.
Defensively, the Steelers showed off some new packages, including one that featured five linebackers on the field at once.
But for all their gimmickry, perhaps the most unique of all was when veteran defensive lineman Tyson Alualu lined up as a fullback for a play near the goal line late in the third quarter.

“Just something we were working on this week,” Alualu said after the game. “Goal line, short yardage. Something different is all.”

Washington, Barron injured
Other than the concussion suffered by Mason Rudolph, the lone other injuries the Steelers divulged were to receiver James Washington (shoulder) and linebacker Mark Barron (hamstring).
Coach Mike Tomlin gave some detail on Washington’s injury, saying it was “AC” in a reference to the AC joint. Washington did not finish the game.
