Kevin Gorman and I wrap up Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin’s press conference at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex.
Boy, there’s a lot of meat on the bone this week, even though the season appears to have slipped through Tomlin’s fingers.
* If the Washington Redskins really want Tomlin as their new coach next year, will the Steelers entertain an offer? I think they should. Kevin gives his thoughts.
* Jaylen Samuels and Steven Nelson are now hurt. So we talk about the notion of seeing more playing time for Benny Snell Jr. and maybe Artie Burns, too.
* Tomlin hinted that he’s going to keep the game plan tight for quarterback Devlin Hodges. That’s a poor idea in my opinion. Let’s see if Kevin agrees.
* Kevin seems to think all the losing is starting to wear on Tomlin’s psyche and that cracks are showing.
* And we discuss medical carts, yellow paint and red barns.
