Deservedly, Elon Musk has been receiving loud criticism from the media and the public at large. He continues to be the subject of scorn and condemnation. But in my opinion he is a puppet whose strings are being pulled by President Trump, a criminal who I believe is incompetent, cruel and an extortionist .

Also look at who is behind Trump, the radical right’s Heritage Foundation funded by our obscene oligarchs who devised Project 2025, a plan that seems to want to take us back not to the 1950s but before the 1500s, to a feudal system.

The obesely rich do not want to pay taxes to a functioning government. They do not need government; they have enough money to purchase whatever they want. However, we the middle class need government. We need government to protect us from criminals, terrorists, fraudsters and conmen. We need government to develop and maintain our infrastructure, our public land, our public services. These are things we cannot do alone. We need to come together to secure a government that promotes and protects our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms and liberty for all.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, we fought tyranny and won. Today, we can again join together to overcome the fascist impulses of the few. Let us not be manipulated by their distractions which divide us.
