I wish all these companies would put a leash on their AI.

On the phone, companies won’t allow customers to talk with a live person, just repeats of useless verbiage. Online is no better. Trying to refill a prescription, I put in the ZIP code for Monroeville; it showed it but connected me to Boston, Mass. I put it in again, and it went to Smithfield Street. I gave it a prescription number for a refill, and it showed the prescription number, but it wanted me to buy other stuff. I finally got a pharmacist on the phone, who said she had no control over the phone system but would refill the prescription. I said it makes me wish Rite Aid was back. She agreed.
